Privacy Notice

What we collect when you run an estimate or request follow-up, why we keep it, and how to ask for deletion.

Effective August 24, 2026

Scope

MyDivorceCalc is operated by DeNovo Grow, LLC. This notice applies to mydivorcecalc.com. It does not govern a court, an independent attorney, or a linked website.

Information you choose to provide

The estimator itself can be used without a name. If you request follow-up, we collect first name, phone and/or email, ZIP code, county route, role, child count, parenting-time percent, a coarse monthly estimate band (not your raw incomes), and the exact consent text, version, timestamp, and hash.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, medical details, or information you expect to remain privileged. We do not ask for those.

How we use it

To generate and display an educational estimate, to store a write-once consent record, to email operators that a request arrived, and — when the Denovo console is configured — to create an Opportunity record for coordinator follow-up. We do not sell personal information.

Communications consent

By checking this box, I give MyDivorceCalc (operated by DeNovo Grow, LLC) my express written consent to contact me at the phone number and email I provide — including calls, autodialed or prerecorded messages, and SMS/MMS — about this estimate (child support and/or spousal maintenance) and related information. Consent is not required to receive the estimate. I may revoke consent anytime by emailing [email protected], replying STOP to a text, or using unsubscribe in an email. Message and data rates may apply. This tool is educational only and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Analytics

First-party page and step events omit contact fields and calculator dollar amounts. Google tags load only after you allow analytics.

Retention and requests

Consent evidence is retained in a write-once vault (and S3 Object Lock when configured). Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Request – Data Deletion” to ask for deletion of contact records we can lawfully delete. Vaulted consent evidence may be retained as required for compliance.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
